I happened across this website this morning when doing a search on "rewards choice" gift cards. I've never heard of them before, so can't recommend this one way or another.
It sounds like a program similar to BzzAgent though (which is fantastic IMHO).

I just signed up, watched the video, and completed a brief survey: I've been credited with 275 points. 800 points is the minimum to trade in - for $10. The 275 points took me all of 10 minutes to get (while I'm getting the kids dressed at the same time...). Looks promising - we'll see!
Anyone else know about this program?

Hi! Welcome to Partnership-Plus! My name is Kim Sharp and I'd like to take a few minutes to tell you about our exciting program.
Partnership-Plus is made up of people just like you who tell us about the new clothes they get each month. Clothing manufacturers and stores use this information to study the kinds of clothes people buy and receive. Being a member of Partnership-Plus gives you the opportunity to help put the clothes you like in more stores.
But that's not all! We pay you to tell us about your new clothing! At the beginning of each month we'll invite you to our site to tell us about the clothing you got the month before. In return for your help, you earn Partner-Points, our way of saying thank you for being a Partnership-Plus team member. Each month you complete a survey (whether you purchased or received any clothes or not) you receive Partner-Points. These points add up quickly and can be redeemed for great prizes.
The information you provide is used for research purposes only. We will never try to sell you anything and will never release your personal information to anyone else.
Interested? Click on Sign Me Up! to see if you qualify.
