1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:00 a.m. E.T. on January 30, 2007 and ends at 3:59:59 p.m. E.T. on March 6, 2007.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Visit aeropostale.com and click on the Fall Out Boy Sweepstakes link. Enter your email address and complete the online entry form as prompted. All information must be complete to be eligible. You may come back once per day to enter. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: This sweepstakes will have one drawing. The entrant selected as the winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about March 9, 2007, by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone/e-mail/mail within three (3) days of the drawing. Sponsor will make 3 attempts to contact potential Grand Prize winner within 48 hours from time winner selection was accomplished. If sponsor is unable to reach potential Grand Prize winner within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected.
4. PRIZE: Grand Prize (1): A 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Charlotte, NC to attend a Fall Out Boy concert on April 18, 2007. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's residence, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), a check for $300 for winner, a $250 Aeropostale gift card, a meet and greet with Fall Out Boy, based on their availability, and either round-trip ground transfers to/from airport/hotel and hotel/concert venue or car rental for three days. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,000. Trip must be taken from April 17, 2007 through April 19, 2007. Date and concert location are subject to change. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the prize (or portion of prize) cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States, who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, the Sponsor's parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, Def Jam Recordings and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within 3 days of notification attempt, which will be sent via overnight UPS with a pre-paid UPS overnight return enclosed. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and another winner selected in the place of the disqualified person at random from all eligible entries received, if time permits. Any prize notification returned as non-deliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner selected. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor's authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. If an eligible minor is selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, such minor's parent or legal guardian, will be required to sign all documents and fulfill all required conditions as set forth in these Official Rules, including accompanying minor on trip. All travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor. Travel companion (or parent/legal guardian if a companion is a minor) of the Grand Prize winner will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Meals, drinks, activities, gratuities, items of a personal nature, hotel incidentals and any other expenses not specified are the winner's responsibility. A valid photo ID is required by winner and travel companions at time of departure. Car rental, if used by winner, is subject to additional restrictions set forth by car rental contract. In the event winner does not meet car rental requirements, that portion of prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. In the event the Fall Out Boy concert is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
